The hotel's location provided easy access to hot springs and local excursions. The staff was kind and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning lake views. the hotel offered a great onsen experience and beautiful scenery.

While the room was comfortable, some of the amenities weren't up to par. The hot water in the pot didn't stay warm for long, and the walk to the public bath was long and inconvenient.

Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung und das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielseitig. Die Buchung verlief reibungslos.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, from the breathtaking lake view to the delicious meals provided. The staff went above and beyond in their service, accommodating my early arrival by offering tea while they prepared my room. They were also kind and translated information for me in both Japanese and English. The hotel facilities, especially the onsen, were luxurious and well-maintained. Additionally, they offered helpful services such as loaner umbrellas. my stay was comfortable and memorable thanks to the amazing staff and amenities.
